The scope of work include the following:
Design and engineering for the primary, secondary, civil, and ancillary system. Procurement, manufacturing, factory testing, project management, site supervision, installation, inspection, punch listing, cold and hot commissioning of the 66/11kV Power distribution system as detailed below:
- One, 66kV outdoor air insulated switchgear with single bus bar arrangement comprising 2 nos of 66kV Line Bay, 2 nos of 66/11kV Transformer Bay, 1 no of 66kV Bus Section Bay, 2 nos of 66KV Spare Bay & Switchyard Equipment
- One, 11kV Air Insulated Switchgear
- Two, 66/11kV, 20/30MVA Power Transformers
- Two, 11/0.415kV, 200KVA Auxiliary Transformers
- Power Cables & Termination Kits
- Control, Protection, Substation Automation System, Disturbance Recorder and associated Cabling
- Ancillary Equipment
- Substation Earthing System and Lightning Protection System
- Civil, Mechanical & Electrical works for substation building
- Interface with overall plant
