PESTECH had participated in the IEM Engineering Week 2018 as the Gold Sponsor. It was aimed to enhance and publicise the image of engineering profession amongst the community in line with the Government’s effort to increase the number of engineers to meet the demands of Vision 2020. The event was held from 12-18 August 2018 and consist of two (2) programs, i.e. IEM Engineers and the Science, Technology & Mathematic (STEM) Competition.
The IEM Engineers Run was held on 12 August 2018 at Stadium Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Serdang. PESTECH was represented by seven (7) runners including our Group CEO, Mr. Paul Lim. During the STEM Competition, our Head of PESTECH Sdn Bhd, Mr. Lee Kong Tee was invited to be one of the panel discussions for the engineering forum that was held on 18 August 2018 at Monash University.
PESTECH is proud to play our part in supporting IEM initiative to promote engineering profession which covers aspects such as challenges, professionalism, working environment and wide career opportunities.
