Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Responsible to close full set of account of semi-active companies including incharge of payments, cash planning, tax and etc.
• To prepare and process payment and fund transfer including follow up approval status of payment proposed, prepare cash planning.
• Deal with tax agent, auditors and bankers.
• Check and review staff claims submitted and process the reimbursement or close advance.
• Other tasks assigned by superior from time to time. 
• Any other positions appointed to you by the Management (IMS - Integrated Management System) as per memo/supporting documents/information announcement.
