Reference is made to PESTECH’s announcements made on 27 June 2023, 3 July 2023, 7 July 2023, 20 July 2023, 3 August 2023, 7 September 2023, 8 January 2024, 10 January 2024, 26 February 2024 and 3 May 2024 in relation to the Court of Appeal’s decision which had dismissed PESTECH Sdn. Bhd. (“PSB”)’s application for interim injunction against Syarikat Pembenaan Yeoh Tiong Lay Sdn. Bhd. (“SPYTL”) to restrain SPYTL from trespassing, utilising and/or otherwise tampering with machineries belonging to PSB (“Court of Appeal Decision”).
The Board of Directors of PESTECH wishes to announce that PSB had on 30 May 2024, applied for leave to appeal to the Federal Court in respect of the Court of Appeal Decision (“Leave Application”).
The case management for the PSB’s Leave Application is fixed on 1 July 2024 via e-Review.
