We refer to the announcements dated 1 September 2023, 6 September 2023 and 12 September 2023 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of PESTECH, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS is 8 March 2024, being the date on which the Company fully complies with the requirements under Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Listing Requirements.
