Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall carry the same meanings as defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

We refer to the announcements dated 24 July 2023, 7 August 2023, 16 August 2023, 29 August 2023, 13 October 2023 and 22 November 2023 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of PESTECH, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company has submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad today to seek its approval for an extension of time of up to six (6) months to complete the Proposals by 28 August 2024.
