The Board of Directors of PESTECH wishes to announce that PESTECH had on 19 December 2017 received the Certificate of Incorporation and Form of Permit from the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration of the Ministry of Planning and Finance, Myanmar on the incorporation of a subsidiary in Myanmar, namely PESTECH (Myanmar) Limited (Registration No. 1171FC/2016-2017(YGN)) (“PML”).

PML is a 99.99%-owned subsidiary of PESTECH (Cambodia) Ltd (“PCL“). PCL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PESTECH Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of PESTECH. Henceforth, PML is an indirect subsidiary of PESTECH.

Information on PML

PML is a private limited company established with an authorised share capital of USD50,000 divided into 50,000 shares of USD1 each.  As of to-date, the paid-up capital is USD25,000 divided into 25,000 shares of USD1 each.

The principal activity of PML is to provide comprehensive powers system engineering, construction, design, installation related services in power industry.

The Incorporation does not have any material effect on the earnings and net tangible assets of the Company.

None of the Directors, Major Shareholders and/or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Incorporation.

That the Board of Directors is of the opinion that the Incorporation is in the best interest of the Company.
