Client: Electricity Ministry of Iraq

This project involves the supply of four new 132/33 kilovolt (kV), 31.5 megavolt-ampere (MVA) mobile stations and two new 132/11 k, 25 MVA mobile substations. 

The project is funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency towards the cost of Electricity Sector Reconstruction Project in Iraq.

The mobile substations are able to accelerate the restoration of power supply in the event of an unexpected emergency shutdown and enable fast and flexible grid expansion.

A light of hope was brought to the lives of Orang Asli at Kampung Batu 23, Jalan Pahang, Tapah as the second phase installation of Renewable-Based Microgrid Solution is now completed. The second phase installation ended on 31 March 2021 which saw an additional four solar panels and a complete set of Hydrogen Self Recharging Fuel Cells (SRFC) Solution consisting two components; 1) Electrolyzer & Hydrogen Fuel Cell Cabinet and 2) 0.5m3 Hydrogen Gas Storage Vessel.
