OTHERS PESTECH INTERNATIONAL BERHAD (“PIB” OR “COMPANY”) PROPOSED LISTING OF PESTECH (CAMBODIA) LIMITED (PCL), AN INDIRECT WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF PIB ON THE MAIN BOARD OF CAMBODIA SECURITIES EXCHANGE (“CSX”) (“PROPOSED LISTING”)

We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 25 February 2016 in relation to the Proposed Listing.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of PIB, RHB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company proposes to list PCL on the Main Board of CSX. The applications to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia and CSX in relation to the Proposed Listing have been submitted on 22 December 2017.
