Extension of Time to hold the Twelfth Annual General Meeting pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016

Further to the Company's announcement made on 17 October 2023 relating to the change of its financial year end from 30 June to 30 September. The Board of Directors of PESTECH wishes to inform that the Companies Commission of Malaysia had on 6 November 2023, approved the Company's application for an extension of time until 31 March 2024 to hold its Twelfth Annual General Meeting pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016.
