I. PROPOSED RESTRICTED ISSUE; AND
II. PROPOSED EXEMPTION (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS")
PESTECH INTERNATIONAL BERHAD
Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.
We refer to the announcements dated 24 July 2023, 7 August 2023, 16 August 2023 and 29 August 2023 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of PESTECH, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that PESTECH and IJM Corporation Berhad (“IJM”) had, on 13 October 2023, mutually agreed to extend the condition period to a period not later than 23 November 2023 to fulfill the conditions precedent of the Subscription Agreement.
Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In addition, the letter dated 9 October 2023 from PESTECH to IJM and the letter dated 13 October 2023 from IJM to PESTECH in relation to the above shall form part of the documents for inspection in relation to the Proposals.
