Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, payroll, leave management, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, training and development, performance management, HR administration and other HR related functions for both local and foreign companies
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, payroll, leave management, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, training and development, performance management, HR administration and other HR related functions for both local and foreign companies
  • Provide end-to-end payroll support and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Prepare HR correspondance and memo
  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle from the time the requisition is received to the time the candidate is on-boarded
  • Administer staff on-boarding and conduct orientation to new employee
  • Administer staff off-boarding and conduct exit interviews
  • Handle staff disciplinary issues and ensure in compliance with labour law
  • Administer employee benefits and welfare matters which include Group Hospitalisation Insurance, Group PA, Medical Expenses for panel & non-panel, staff claims, etc
  • Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filing of HR related documents
  • Training and development administration including coordinate of training activities, registrations, updating of training records, training claims submission and correspondance to HRDF, etc
  • To perform other duties and ad-hoc assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience as HR generalist is required for this position
  • Ability to work independently and multi-tasks
  • Good communication skills with good command of English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
